Elizabeth Sult is a registered nurse, nurse coach, and the clinical manager at Just Be Well Medical Clinic, where she supports clinical operations, practitioner collaboration, and the development of patient-centered resources. She has been a nurse since 2001, bringing two decades of nursing experience into her work in functional medicine and coaching.
Elizabeth’s passion for wellness is deeply rooted in her own journey through chronic illness and her self-guided healing through functional medicine. This lived experience shapes her belief in personalized, empowering, and whole-person care. She loves helping others reconnect with themselves, strengthen trust in their own inner wisdom, and step into the fullest expression of their lives. Elizabeth completed her Nurse Coach training through the Integrative Nurse Coach Academy (INCA) and is committed to supporting the growth of nurse coaches through mentorship, collaboration, and heart-centered communication.
Outside of her professional work, Elizabeth loves cooking healthy meals for her family, exploring nature, reading, writing, and traveling. She lives in Minnesota with her husband, Dr. Thomas Sult, their blended family of children and grandchildren, and a lively home full of dogs.
