Program

Klarna and Affirm estimates use about 10% APR (about 15% for Affirm at 36 months). Actual APR can range from 0% to 36% depending on credit. PayPal Credit shows the payment needed to clear the balance within the 6-month promo.

Three things every payment-plan student should know

Certificates follow full payment

Your certificate of completion, contact-hour award, or letter of completion is issued once every scheduled payment has been made. This applies to all four options.

Auto-Debit ends before your program does

The INCA Auto-Debit Plan runs 12 to 24 weeks to match your program's length and must be paid off before the program ends. Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal Credit aren't tied to your program timeline.

Deferring doesn't pause payments

If you defer your INCCP cohort, your payment plan continues on its original schedule. Deferral and payment are handled separately.

Employer reimbursement

More than 25% of INCA students receive some form of employer support.

INCA programs are ANCC-accredited continuing nursing education, which makes them eligible for most employer reimbursement and tuition-assistance programs. Ask about the INCA Employer Reimbursement Package for the documentation you need, including accreditation details, contact hours, and receipts.

Do I have to pay all at once?

No. Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal Credit are available at checkout, and INCA offers a Monthly Auto-Debit Plan for programs over $500. Many students choose a plan rather than paying up front.

Will a payment plan change my certificate or contact hours?

No. Your course access, faculty, contact hours, and certificate requirements are the same regardless of how you pay. The payment method affects when you pay, not what you receive.

Will applying affect my credit score?

It depends on the option. Checking your rate with Affirm is a soft inquiry and won't affect your score; accepting an Affirm loan at INCCP tuition levels typically involves a hard inquiry, which may cause a small, temporary dip. Klarna runs a credit check at application that is recorded on your credit file and visible to other lenders, whether or not you're approved. PayPal Credit runs a hard check at application. The INCA Monthly Auto-Debit Plan has no credit check.

What if I'm declined for Klarna, Affirm, or PayPal Credit?

Each provider uses its own approval criteria, so a decline from one doesn't mean the others will decline you. If none of them work, the INCA Monthly Auto-Debit Plan has no credit check and is available on programs over $500. You're also welcome to schedule a call, and an admissions specialist will walk through what fits your timeline and budget.

Can a course under $500 use the Auto-Debit Plan?

No. The Auto-Debit Plan is for programs over $500. For CannyNurse® Foundations, Homeopathy for Nurses, Nursing Pathways in Psychedelic Care, and End-of-Life Coaching, your monthly options are Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal Credit.

Does a payment plan affect my start date or my cohort spot?

No. With Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal Credit, INCA receives your full tuition once the plan is approved, so your seat is held just as it would be with a one-time payment. With the Auto-Debit Plan, your enrollment is confirmed once your signed agreement and down payment clear.

Are there late fees on the INCA Monthly Auto-Debit Plan?

The plan doesn't charge a late fee. Late or failed payments can lead to suspension or removal from the program under INCA's Removal Policy, and certificates aren't issued until tuition is paid in full. If a payment fails, please contact admissions right away. Biweekly debits are also available on request.

Can I pay off my plan early?

Yes. All four options allow early payoff with no penalty. To settle an Auto-Debit balance early, contact admissions.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Refunds follow INCA's course policies. For the INCCP, a refund is available if you request it within 48 hours of registering, your start date is at least 30 days away, and you haven't accessed course materials. For specialty courses, the window is one business day after registration, provided you haven't accessed materials. Approved refunds carry a 6% processing fee, and payment-plan administrative fees are non-refundable. See the Course Policies for full terms.

If I defer my INCCP cohort, does my payment plan pause?

No. All four payment options continue on their original schedule after a deferral.

When will I receive my certificate and contact hours?

Certificates, contact hours, and completion letters are issued once you've completed the program requirements and your tuition is paid in full.

Will my employer help pay?

Often, yes. More than 25% of INCA students receive some form of employer support. Ask about the Employer Reimbursement Package and we'll provide the documentation to support your request, or see our employer reimbursement resources.

I'm an international student. Which options work for me?

Klarna, Affirm, and PayPal Credit are mainly for U.S. residents, though Klarna and PayPal operate in some other countries; check each provider's terms at checkout. The INCA Monthly Auto-Debit Plan can usually be set up for international students. Email admissions@inursecoach.com to talk through your options.
