The Integrative Nurse Coach Academy is committed to expanding the accessibility of Nurse Coaching education to nurses from all background across the globe.
Every year, each of our 4 Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program cohorts will offer a different themed scholarship.
Scholarship recipients can use their scholarship for any cohort of the Integrative Nurse Coach Certificate Program that takes place within one year of the date they are notified that they received the scholarship.
Susan J. Luck Environmental, Community, & Public Health Nurse Coaching Scholarship
About
INCA’s co-founder, Susan J. Luck (1948-2022), was a passionate environmental nurse and a vocal advocate for improving community health… local to global.
Prior to her passing, one of Susan’s final wishes was to establish a Nurse Coaching scholarship for environmental and community health nurses.
INCA is honored to establish the Susan J. Luck Environmental, Community, and Public Health Scholarship. This scholarship supports and nurtures dedicated nurses who are driven to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of both our environment and our communities.
In a world where environmental and public health challenges continue to evolve, the need for skilled and passionate environmental health and community health nurses has never been greater. These extraordinary professionals play a pivotal role in addressing the complex intersection of environmental factors, public health, and individual well-being.
The Environmental and Community Health Nursing Scholarship seeks to recognize and empower deserving individuals who are dedicated to making a positive difference in these critical areas.
Our distinguished panel of healthcare professionals, environmental experts, and educators will meticulously evaluate each applicant’s academic achievements, commitment to environmental and community health nursing, and potential for making a lasting impact in their chosen field.
Together, we can nurture the next generation of environmental health and community health nurse coaches, empowering them to create a healthier, more sustainable future for all.

Eligibility
- Active, unrestricted RN License
- At least one of the following
- Employed as public health, environmental, or community health nurse
- 50+ hours of Community Health or Environmental volunteer work within the last 5 years.
- Complete and thoughtful responses to application questions.

BIPOC Nurse Coach Scholarship
About
In recognition of the challenges Black, Indigenous, and People of Color face in society, the Integrative Nurse Coach Academy is offering a full scholarship to the Integrative Nurse Coach Certificate Program
While we recognize this does not come close to fixing the overall problems of systemic racism and need for equity within all industries, we hope this will decrease the barriers for nurses of color who desire to enter the field of nurse coaching.
This initiative has been thoughtfully established to empower and uplift nurses of color who are passionate about embarking on a rewarding and meaningful career as nurse coaches. Diversity and representation are essential in every aspect of healthcare, including the emerging field of nurse coaching.
Nurse coaches play a vital role in guiding patients on their journey to holistic wellness, and it is crucial that these professionals reflect the rich tapestry of cultures and backgrounds that make up our society. The BIPOC Nurse Coach Scholarship aims to provide financial assistance, mentorship, and networking opportunities, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for their personal and professional growth.
