INTEGRATIVE NURSE COACHING

Created by Nurses, for Nurses

The Integrative Nurse Coach Certificate Program (INCCP) was developed by the founders of Nurse Coaching and has been at the forefront of the Nurse Coaching movement  for over a decade.

Our curriculum is based on a whole person model of care that addresses the physical, psychological, social, spiritual, cultural, and environmental aspects of health and wellbeing.

The INCCP consists of two parts: Foundations (36 hours) and Practicum (60 hours). Both parts can be taken sequentially, or you can opt to take just one!

  • Looking to implement Nurse Coaching Skills into your practice right away? Take Part 1: Integrative Nurse Coach Foundations and learn the core concepts and skills to begin practicing in just 12 weeks.

  • Do you want to sit for Board Certification in Nurse Coaching and/or Holistic Nursing? Take Part 1 and Part 2: Integrative Nurse Coach Practicum, and meet all of the requirements to sit for both exams!

Learn online with a group of like-minded nurses via interactive video calls, discussion forums, video lectures, reflective activities, written assignments, peer & client coaching, awareness practices and more!

Upon completion of the Integrative Nurse Coach Certificate Program, you will have met all continuing education and coaching hour requirements for BOTH the Nurse Coach Board Certification (NC-BC) AND the Holistic Nurse Board Certification (HN-BC).

During Practicum (part 2), INCCP students receive lifetime access to our board certification review platform, which includes study guides and dozens of practice questions.

INCCP graduates have a 100% pass rate on both exams!
