Completing Levels 1 and 2 establishes eligibility for AHNCC board certification, which is ABSNC-accredited and recognized by the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Will my employer pay INCA directly?
Yes. Before you register, send the purchase order or billing contact, your pathway and your cohort to admissions@inursecoach.com. INCA will invoice your employer and complete any vendor paperwork.
Can I pay myself and be reimbursed?
Yes. INCA provides an itemized receipt, and after each Level a certificate of completion listing your contact hours.
What if my employer covers only part of the tuition?
INCA invoices one payer per enrollment. If your employer covers part, you can pay INCA and submit the itemized receipt for reimbursement. Payment plans are available.
Which pathway should I request?
Most nurses request Certification ($4,300, 294 contact hours) or Implementation ($4,900, 334 contact hours) in the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program. The guide in your package explains the difference.
Do the NC-BC and HN-BC count toward Magnet?
Yes. AHNCC board certification examinations, including the NC-BC and HN-BC, are accredited by the Accreditation Board for Specialty Nursing Certification (ABSNC) and recognized by the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program®. Nurses who certify count toward the certified-nurse measures Magnet organizations track.
Does Section 127 apply?
Under Section 127 of the Internal Revenue Code, an employer can provide up to $5,250 a year in educational assistance tax-free under a written plan. Confirm with your HR or benefits team. This is general information, not tax advice.
