Judy has been a nurse for more than 25 years. She spent 15 years working in pediatrics. Having always been interested in complementary therapy, she left pediatric nursing to find a new path. Judy lives in Minnesota and was lucky enough to go to Miami for cohort 9 of the Integrative Nurse Coach Certificate Program. During that same time, she was getting her master’s degree in Holistic Health. The Nurse Coach program blends fabulously with other holistic health practices.
She works in a wellness program with senior adults who are looking to make healthy lifestyle changes. Judy is a certified aromatherapist and certified yoga teacher and tries to incorporate these holistic practices into the lives of senior adults.
