Nurse Coaching Programs and Specialty Courses for Nurses
INCA offers two kinds of nurse coaching programs. The Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program is the certification pathway: online, self-paced within a cohort, 294+ ANCC-accredited contact hours, with mentorship twice a month. Graduates are eligible to sit for AHNCC board certification as a Nurse Coach (NC-BC).
The specialty courses are self-paced and open for enrollment any time, each adding a focused area of practice such as functional nursing, lifestyle nursing, cannabis nursing, homeopathy, psychedelic care, or end-of-life coaching. All programs are developed by nurses, honor the RN and NP license, and carry ANCC-accredited contact hours.
