Summary of Policies
Respectful Conduct
You will be respectful of your fellow students, your instructors, and INCA staff in the course and in all public domains. Violation of this term may result in immediate removal from the course with no refund.Intellectual Property
You will not share, distribute, re-purpose, or utilize INCA’s intellectual property and course materials outside of the course without written permission from an INCA Executive.Payment Plan Responsibility
If on a payment plan, you will keep your payment method up to date and understand that late payments may result in course suspension and additional fees.
Refund Policy
Courses under $100 → Non-refundable.
Courses $100 or greater:
If you registered 30 or more days before the course begins, you may request a 97% refund within 48 hours of payment by emailing support@inursecoach.com.
If you registered using a payment plan, the payment plan administration fee is non-refundable.
If you registered for a course beginning in 14 or fewer days, no refund is permitted and the Deferral Policy applies. If on a payment plan, your payment plan will continue as scheduled.
Deferral Policy
Deferral Request Before or During the First Week (7 Days) of Program
Students may request a one-time, complimentary deferral to the next offering of the program (if another offering is available).
To access the complimentary deferral, students must request a deferral fee waiver code by emailing support@inursecoach.com.
This waiver is only valid if:
It is the student’s first deferral, and
The request is submitted in writing by 11:59 PM ET on the Sunday of the first week of the course.
No exceptions will be granted after this deadline.
Deferral Request After the First Week of Program, but Before the Halfway Mark of Program
Requests to defer between Week 2 and 50% of the program incur a deferral fee, payable at the time the Deferral Form is submitted:
Tuition less than or equal to $700 → Deferral Fee: $150
Tuition greater than $700 → Deferral Fee: $400
Deferral Request Submission
All deferral requests must be submitted by completing the Deferral Form found in the Canvas Support menu.
Emails to instructors, supervisors, admissions, or INCA staff do not constitute a valid deferral request.
Deferral requests not submitted through the Deferral Form will not be processed.
Payment Terms
Any applicable deferral fee is due at the time of form submission and must be paid in full before the request will be processed.
Payment plans continue according to the original terms and are not paused, delayed, or deferred.
Additional Limitations
Students may only defer to the next available offering of the program, provided it begins within one year of their original program’s start date.
Students may only request to defer one time. No second deferrals are permitted, even with a fee.
If no future offering of the course is available, students should contact support@inursecoach.com to discuss options.
Re-Enrollment Policy (After 50% Mark of Program or If Additional Deferral Needed)
Deferral requests submitted after the 50% mark of the program, or requests for a second deferral, will not be honored.
Students may instead re-enroll in a future offering of the course (if available) using a one-time 25% off re-enrollment discount code.
Students must request the coupon by emailing support@inursecoach.com prior to re-enrolling.
The discount code is:
Valid for one year from the original program’s start date
One-time use only
Not combinable with other INCA discounts or scholarships
If no future offering of the course is available, students should contact support@inursecoach.com to discuss options.
Completion Policy
You understand that if you do not complete the program requirements, or do not complete your payment plan (if applicable) by the end of the program, you will not receive a certificate of completion. Should you wish to complete the program, you may request a 25% re-enrollment discount code by emailing support@inursecoach.com.
