With over 30 years of nursing experience, Mary is a dedicated lifelong learner passionate about helping nurses reconnect with their original calling and discover their authentic path in the profession.

As Adjunct Faculty Coaching Consultant at Pacific College of Health and Science, Mary developed and facilitates an evidence-based 8-week coaching program for MSN Holistic Nursing students, focusing on resilience, nervous system regulation, and professional development. Her work centers on supporting nursing students through stress management, burnout prevention, and cultivating sustainable wellness practices.

Mary holds board certifications as an Advanced Holistic Nurse (AHN-BC) and Health & Wellness Nurse Coach (HWNC-BC), and is a Consulting Nurse Hypnotist and Cannabis Nurse Consultant. She completed specialty training through INCA in clinical hypnosis, functional medicine for nurses, and integrative nutrition. Additionally, Mary completed the yearlong Trauma Healing Accelerated program with Dr. Aimie Apigian and is trained in HeartMath techniques for nervous system regulation.

Her coaching approach integrates functional medicine principles, lifestyle management, nervous system regulation (including endocannabinoid system support), somatic practices, and evidence-based holistic modalities that address the whole person: body, mind, spirit, and environment.

Through her practice, Joyful Wellness LLC, Mary partners with nursing education institutions to support nurses in reconnecting with why they became nurses in the first place—inspiring them as leaders in healing, resilience, and hope while creating cohesive teams and authentic integrative healthcare environments in institutions, clinics, and communities, advancing the transformation of healthcare systems.
