Lindsay Frey MA, RN, NC-BC, CDCES is a registered nurse, board certified nurse coach, and certified diabetes care and education specialist with a special interest in chronic disease management.
She received her BSN summa cum laude from Winona State University in Winona, MN (2006) and her Masters in Holistic Health Studies from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN (2016). She was part of Cohort 9 of the Integrative Nurse Coach Certification Program that met in Miami, FL. Since the start of her nursing career in 2006,
Lindsay has worked in a variety of settings, including staff nursing on medical-surgical floors, outpatient dermatology, professional education specialist in a large hospital and clinic system, and most recently as an insulin technology nurse providing chronic disease management for a complex diabetes population. She is passionate about meeting patients where they are in their disease management and celebrating the small steps that create change.
In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys hiking and backpacking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, learning about traditional healing practices of indigenous cultures, wildcrafting herbs, reading, listening to all genres of music, and laughing endlessly with friends and family.
