Emily Jacobs is a board-certified advanced practice and doctorate-prepared nurse with a Nurse Coach Board Certification  who resides in Beverly Hills, Michigan.  She is a graduate of the Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program and is a board certified nurse coach.

Emily received her Bachelors in Nursing from the University of Michigan, Masters of Science in Nursing Adult Critical Care Clinical Nursing Specialist from the University of Colorado and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona.

With over 20 years as a Critical Care nurse and 15 years as a coach, educator, and mentor, Emily is a clinical expert dedicated to staff professional development, holistic nursing, interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical program development, competency development, and an advocate for research and evidence- based nursing practice. Emily held a variety of positions in the hospital setting, including charge nurse, preceptor, unit educator, policy developer, critical care clinical nurse specialist, and most recently the Director of Corporate Nursing Education and Orientation at a major hospital system in southeast Michigan.

As a corporate nursing leader, Emily has worked with other nursing leaders in designing and implementing programs to support new and experience leaders at the institution. These include building resiliency, empowering employees, setting boundaries, crucial conversations, work/life balance, team development, and group conflict.

In 2021, Emily and her husband built their own company called Crema Health. Their mission is to be your last stop on your wellness or performance journey and the beginning of your optimal life. Along with her private practice, Emily also provides services to health care professionals through their benefits packages. Emily coaches individuals and groups around health and wellness, building resiliency, difficult conversations, Emotional IQ, adjusting to a new role, work/life balance, prioritization, self-care strategies, setting boundaries, adverse events, and workplace conflict.

Emily is also a highly requested presenter and speaker for healthcare systems regarding wellness topics. Her main talks focus on Burnout to Balance, Growing you Happiness, and Taking Care of your self (as the new self care). Emily also developed presentations to support working moms as well as initiated a Working Moms’ Wellbeing group coaching support group.
