I am excited to be an INCA Admissions Specialist so that I can help support other nurses who are on the brink of a transformational career change. I worked in emergency medicine and mental health at the start of my nursing career, and felt very misaligned with my true calling. When I stumbled across the INCA website, something “clicked” and I knew that this was exactly where I belonged. Joining INCA’s welcoming, uplifting community and taking this leap of faith was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. It has opened up so many doors for me, and has helped me both personally and professionally in countless ways.
I am so grateful to have the opportunity to connect with like minded nurses who are looking for a change and ready to find their true calling. It’s been an incredible journey, and I truly believe that the nurse coach movement that we are part of is going to change the world for the better.
