Tiffany Grabinski, RN, MSN, NC-BC is a board-certified nurse coach, mentor, and healthcare leader with a deep commitment to advocacy, holistic wellbeing, and professional growth. With a background spanning maternal-child health, community-based programming, leadership, and coaching, Tiffany brings both systems-level insight and real-world application into her mentoring relationships.
As a Faculty Mentor in the INCCP, Tiffany creates a supportive, grounded space where nurses can explore their coaching identity, strengthen their skills, and grow with confidence. She brings a calm, reflective, and practical approach to mentorship, helping nurses move from knowledge to embodiment and from self-doubt to clarity.
Tiffany believes that becoming a nurse coach is both a professional and personal journey. She is especially passionate about advocacy—empowering nurses to advocate for themselves, their clients, and the communities they serve while building sustainable, aligned coaching practices. Through mentorship, she creates a grounded, supportive space for nurses to grow with intention, integrity, and purpose.
