During the past few decades, nursing has undergone major changes and challenges, and now new opportunities are opening as the nursing profession moves into the forefront of health and wellness promotion for supporting healthier lifestyle behavioral changes in patients and communities. With the new Board Certification in Nurse Coaching, nurses now have an opportunity to bring coaching skills and tools into their nursing practice to guide and support their patients, clients, families and communities in achieving their health and wellness goals.
